Being a Doula is a calling from the soul and it’s an absolute honor to serve as a quiet, supportive guide through your profound journey.
My approach blends the wisdom of yoga and meditation with the healing principles of Ayurveda to create a deeply supportive experience during your pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition.
I provide compassionate, holistic, informed support and comfort measures to all birthing people, honoring and following diverse experiences and needs.

Prenatal & Postpartum Ayurvedic Support
Ayurveda is the science of life, the wisdom of life. It holds pregnancy and childbirth in the highest regard and considers this journey to be the most sacred experience.
Each trimester has a specific plan of care, in order to bring peace, nourishment, and vitality to both the birthing person and the baby throughout the pregnancy and beyond. This ancient wisdom offers:
Techniques to balance doshas and promote equanimity during each trimester

Rituals that promote self-care, reduces stress, and cultivate love and connection for yourself and between you and baby
I provide tailored Ayurvedic support throughout each of the 4 trimesters. This is a standalone service, but is also integrated into my Doula work, should this align with your interests.
