About Stephanie
Stephanie was introduced to the healing properties of yoga and meditation over 20 years ago when studying Ayurvedic health and mindful living with Deepak Chopra. She continued her studies in Santa Monica, practicing Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa every morning and evening with the beautiful yogis: Sara Ivanhoe, Patti Quintero, and Kia Miller.
While yoga and meditation has since been her daily touchstone, they provided her with a new form of nourishment while she was pregnant—and even more so as she transitioned into motherhood. This deeper connection to this extraordinary healing system inspired her to become a yoga teacher, so she could help all pregnant people and caregivers as they gently integrate the principles of yoga into their lives for optimum health and self-love.
Committed to learning from the greats, she earned her 200 and 500 hour teacher training by studying directly with the one of the world’s oldest living yogi masters, Sri Dharma Mittra. His powerful teachings on how to live the life of a yogi according to the scriptures and gurus were intensive, enlightening, and transformative.
Soon after, she became certified in prenatal yoga, postpartum yoga, and perinatal Ayurvedic care from Awakened Spirit Yoga, as well as becoming a prenatal doula from Doula School Canada.

Too often we believe our identity is our thoughts, our feelings, how we process what happens to us in a day, or throughout our life. But through the practice of yoga, we can reconnect with our true Self—the unchanging, peaceful presence within. We can learn to nourish our system so we always feel peacefully at home in this extraordinary world.

Stephanie, founder of Nourish Om Yoga, is based in Cleveland, Ohio and offers both group and private sessions in yoga, meditation, and pranayama.
She collaborates with studios to integrate prenatal yoga workshops for all birthing people wherever they are in their pregnancy, as well as baby & me and postpartum yoga workshops that foster healing, centering, connection, and community.
As a Prenatal Doula, Stephanie supports birthing parents through their pregnancy and hosts expecting parents circle and new parents circle.
